      ① On site registration: Go directly to the appointment registration window in the outpatient hall of the hospital, and the staff will assist in completing the appointment.

      2. Preparation before seeking medical attention

      ① Please be informed in advance of the floor location and waiting area of the department you are seeking treatment for.

      ② If you experience symptoms such as fever and cough, please proactively inform the staff and follow the instructions for medical treatment.

      ③ Fasting tests (such as blood sugar, liver function, etc.) require fasting at least 8 hours in advance. Wear loose and comfortable clothing for easy inspection.

      3. Carry identification documents and information

      ① Original ID card or medical insurance card of the patient.

      ② Previous medical records, examination reports, imaging data, etc. (if available).

      ③ Child patients are required to bring their household registration book or birth certificate.

      ④ If you have a medical insurance referral form or a special disease certificate, please bring them along.

      4. Pay attention to the appointment time

      ① Please arrive at the waiting area 15 minutes in advance according to the appointment time to sign in and wait for treatment.

      ② Overnumbered patients need to queue up again or follow the instructions of on-site staff for handling.

      ③ Emergency patients are requested to go directly to the emergency department for treatment without appointment restrictions.

      5. Hospital location navigation

      ① Hospital names can be searched for detailed routes and real-time navigation through map software such as Amap and Baidu Maps.

      ② The hospital has multiple parking lots for patients and their families to park. Please pay attention to the parking fee standards.

      6. Brief description of medical treatment process

      ① Check in waiting: After arriving at the hospital, check in at the window and go to the designated waiting area to wait.

      ② Doctor's consultation: Enter the consultation room in order of call number and provide a detailed description of the condition to the doctor.

      ③ Examination/Testing: Go to the corresponding department for examination based on the examination or testing form issued by the doctor.

      ④ Follow up/Medication Collection: After the examination results are available, return to the consultation room for follow-up or go to the pharmacy to collect medication.

      7. Payment and Medication Collection Guidelines

      ① Payment supports cash, bank card, WeChat, Alipay and other payment methods, which can be completed at the charging window on the first floor.

      ② When picking up medication, please bring your payment voucher and medical insurance card (if applicable) to the pharmacy window, and pay attention to checking the name, quantity, and usage of the medication.

      8. Special Needs Notification

      ① If you or your family members have special needs such as mobility impairment, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc., please inform the staff before seeking medical treatment, and we will do our best to provide necessary assistance and services.

      ② The hospital has accessible facilities, guidance services, and volunteer teams ready to provide assistance to patients with special needs at any time.
